Canford School - 30th October 2011

BAC almost had a potentially winning Senior Mens' team at the first Wessex League fixture of the season at Canford School on Sunday 30 October 2011. The problem was that Karl Welch, who finished 2nd, had registered himself with Poole AC! The other team members would have been Jud Kirk, who was 1st O50, and 3rd Vet, and Mike Farrell, making a welcome return to competition after a long spell of injury. Other notable features for BAC were the winning U17 Mens' team, and, in the U13 Girls, Bridget Dence continued to show her form by crossing the line first.
