Both BAC teams, Men and Ladies, finished the Dorset Road Race League in style at the Boscombe 10k on Sunday 24 November, with the five athletes making up the Mens' League team finishing in the top 6, with some PBs and almost everyone improving on their previous times in this race. Peter Thompson was the convincing winner of the race, over a minute before second placed Rob McTaggart, who sprinted home 4 seconds in front of Robin Copestick, who was third and completed the winning team in the Open race. Completing the League team were Simon Munro, 4th in the race, and 6th was Manol Dimitrov achieving a considerable PB for this distance. For the ladies, Cherry Sheffrin, making a welcome return to BAC, Caroline Rowley and Helen Ambrosen sealed the team's position at the top of Division 2, with the challenge ahead of competing in Division 1. Well done to everyone who has contributed to a successful League year!
