Training sessions take place at Kings Park Athletic Centre
Day Times Tuesdays Evenings 2 Wednesday Junior Development 1 6.00pm - 7.30pm Thursdays Evenings 2 Sundays 10.00am - 12.00pm

Main Club Sessions
Training with the club is completely free of charge (a small fee applies when using the track) and we meet at Kings Park Athletic Stadium, Bournemouth.
Training times are as follows:
Day & Time Session Tuesdays 6pm Usually an efforts/intervals session Thursdays 6pm Usually a hills session or tempo run Other training runs take place starting at locations other than Kings Park, including a long run over the Purbecks on Sunday mornings, catching the 8 am ferry from Sandbanks and a steady run on Wednesdays at 6.30pm from the Littledown Centre.
Further details of these runs can be obtained on a Tuesday or Thursday evening at Kings Park.

Senior Cross Country
We meet at Kings Park Athletic Stadium, Bournemouth.
Training times are as follows:
Day & Time Session Tuesdays 6pm Usually an efforts/intervals session Thursdays 6pm Usually a hills session or tempo run Junior Cross Country
The following training is aimed at 9-18 year olds:
Day & Time Venue Monday 6pm - 7.15pm November - March, Boscombe Pier
