Any member wishing to nominate themselves, or any other member (with their permission), for the Executive Committee or propose a motion should submit the proposal to the e-mail address: secretary@bournemouthac.co.uk
In the event that there is:
- more than one nomination for an elected post on the Executive Committee or
- an additional motion to be placed on the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting,
which has been duly received in writing by the Hon. Secretary, the Hon. Secretary will ensure that the additions to the previously published Agenda are uploaded to the club website: www.bournemouthac.co.uk by Thursday February 26th and are available to AGM attendees.
