The South of England Athletic Association SEAA is the regional body for athletics in the South an area which extends from Cornwall to Norfolk and the Association organises track & field, cross country and road running championships. These offer a high standard of regional competition and the opportunity to achieve qualifying standards for National Club and Schools competition.
