The first Wessex League match for U15s took place on 10 April 2022 at Kings Park Athletic Stadium. This highly successful event was hosted by our very own club, BAC with five other clubs competing for top spot; including Salisbury, Wimborne, Poole Runners, Poole AC and Winchester.

A fantastic performance by BAC’s finest young athletes led the team to an admirable 2nd place, behind match leaders, Winchester. Numerous PBs were clocked and measured which shows the growth and development of our talented U15s. 

Athletes represented BAC in almost every event, scoring points for the club even if it wasn’t their main event.

The coaches and leaders were so impressed with the team spirit shown by the U15s and their willingness to step up for the club. Well done to everyone involved in the competition as well as the planning, organising, officiating and generally ensuring the day ran smoothly.
